Cancellation Policy:

• You can cancel your test registration up to 14 days before the test date

• You'll receive a refund of 75% of the test fee

• If you cancel less than 14 days before the test date, you won't receive a refund.

How to Cancel:

1. Log in to your IELTS account

2. Click on "View Orders" and select the test registration you want to cancel

3. Click on "Cancel Registration"

4. Confirm your cancellation

Refund:

• Refunds are processed within 2-3 weeks

• Refunds are credited back to the original payment method.

Important Notes:

• You can't cancel or refund a test registration on the test date itself

• If you're absent on the test date without canceling, you won't receive a refund

• Contact your test center or IDP/BC customer support for assistance with cancellations
