Cancellation of PTE:

➢ Cancellation of PTE due to any reason should be done 14 days before the test date.

➢ Candidates will receive a full refund if they cancel their PTE exam before 14 days of their booked PTE exam.

➢ Candidates who want to cancel their PTE exam at least before 7 days of the exam will receive a refund of 50% of the test fee.

➢ No refund whatsoever will be given to students who cancel their exam less than 7 days before their booked exam date.

➢ During the suspension of the PTE exam candidates will be notified through email about it.

➢ Candidates who have paid via debit or credit cards will receive refund automatically Candidates will be able to book an alternative appointment through a PTE voucher code if he had used the same to book the earlier suspended exam (PTE voucher code can be taken from the official PTE website).

Rescheduling PTE Exam:

Rescheduling implies you’re willing to change the date or location of the PTE exam. For this, you can:

• Pay nothing in case you reschedule the exam before 14 calendar days.

• Rescheduling won’t be available if your test is in just 14 days. You can always cancel and take the next step by booking a fresh test. More details about fees can be found in the Cancellation Policy.

• The maximum number of test appointment reschedules allowed is six times.
