There are no passing scores in the PTE exam. A PTE score range of 50 to 63 is considered high. A score range of 65 -75 is a actually a desirable score and increases the chances of getting admitted to the best universities in the world.

When are PTE results declared?

PTE results are declared in five days. However, the conducting body of the PTE Academic Exam, Pearson PLC Group has made most PTE results available to candidates within two days. In 2020, the majority of the PTE results were declared in a record time of 1.2 days, for the sole benefit of the PTE test taker. Candidates can expect their PTE results in two days for the current year.

How to check PTE results?

Candidates can access their PTE scores via their PTE online account which they would have created during the PTE registration process. Candidates would receive an email notifying them about the availability of their PTE scores. After receiving the notification, candidates would be required to log in to their Pearson VUE account (my PTE) and access their scores.

What is PTE Score Validity?

Often candidates are left wondering about the validity of their PTE scores. They should know that their PTE scores are valid for two years from the date of the exam. Once the two years are over, the expired PTE scores would be automatically removed from the test taker's account.
