Candidates appearing for the TOEFL exam need to register for the exam and book their TOEFL exam slot on the available test date. TOEFL Registration can be done in four ways:

• Online: Visit the TOEFL official website and create your profile online.

Registering online for a test is the fastest way to register for the test. Always

keep in mind that the details you are entering should match the details provided

on your passport.

• Through phone: Candidates can register by calling their Regional Registration

Center. This registration closes seven days before the test date.

• Through email: In this method, a candidate needs to download the registration

form available on the official website of the ETS, the body that administers the

TOEFL test. After filling it out correctly, send the form along with the payment

to the address given on the form or send it to the Gurgaon centre address, given

below. Always make sure to submit the form four weeks before the test date.

• In-person: The candidate needs to register in person at a master TOEFL

Cancel/ Change your Registration

Candidates who have booked a test date and would want to cancel their TOEFL test or reschedule their TOEFL test would be required to do so four full days in advance before the actual test date. Rescheduling TOEFL tests by mail or email or at the test center is NOT acceptable. Candidates would have to either call their Regional Registration Centre (India – 91-124-4147700) and furnish them with their full name and appointment number to reschedule. Candidates can also log into their ETS account online and reschedule any upcoming tests. The fee for rescheduling the test is US$60.

TOEFL Application Fees

Candidates wanting to register for the TOEFL test would be required to pay a TOEFL application form fee. The TOEFL registration fee is ₹16,900 INR for students booking their TOEFL exam slot from India.
