IELTS: IELTS or International English Language Testing System is one of the most frequently used English language proficiency tests for study in Canada aspirants. There are two types of IELTS:
IELTS Academic: for those who want to study in Canada
IELTS General: for those who
want to work or live in Canada
TOEFL: TOEFL or Test of English as a Foreign Language is undertaken by students for admission into your desired study destination.
PTE: Canadian colleges and universities accept the Pearson English Test or PTE with acceptance in over 500 universities.
CAEL: CAEL or Canadian Academic English Language Assessment Test is a standardised test of English for academic purposes. This test is designed to assess the English language level of test takers planning to study in Canadian universities and colleges.
2. Under -Graduate Level Entrance Exams
To study Bachelor's in Canada you have to qualify for the following test:
SAT: The Scholastic Assessment Test or SAT is conducted to select students who want to study Bachelor's degree abroad.
3. Post-Graduate Level Entrance Exams
To study MS in Canada you have to clear either of the following tests according to your program of study.
GMAT: The GMAT or Graduate Management Admission Test is required to get an MBA admission into a reputed Business school. You have to qualify GMAT to study MBA in Canada.
GRE: The Graduate Record Exam or GRE is an entrance exam required for admission into a master's program in Canada. You have to take the test if you wish to study MS, MBA, or Ph.D. in Canada. GRE qualification is mandatory to study MS in Canada.
LSAT: LAW school admission test or LSAT score is mandatory if you wish to secure your entry into a reputed law school in Canada.
