    Australia generally has two intakes in a year.

    Student Visa Requirements:

    1. Letter of Offer:

    If your application is genuine, the college or universities you have applied to give you a letter of offer.

    • It is essential to read a letter of offer carefully before accepting it. It includes your course details, enrolment conditions, and fees you have to pay after receiving it.
    • Only accept the offer letter if you understand the conditions.
    • Ensure that you have a copy of the letter of offer. If there is any misunderstanding, then you can claim the institution.

    2. Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE):

    A Confirmation of enrolment is a document the education provider will give you that verifies your enrolment in a specific course. You will receive your Coe after you have accepted your offer letter and paid the fees. Your visa file requires a copy of this document so that the Australian Government has proof that you are registered in your course.

    3. Proof of English Proficiency:

    If English is not your native language, you must give English Proficiency tests. Some tests are available for English Proficiency such as IELTS, PTE, etc. This certificate will prove to the Australian Government that you have complete access to the English language.     4. Genuine Temporary Entrant (GTE) Requirements:

    The Genuine Temporary test is based on two criteria:

    • You are genuinely coming to Australia to study rather than for other reasons.
    • That you will live in Australia temporarily (not permanently stay.

    This test justifies the details and goals of your course and career. After proper justification, the educational provider releases your GTE. These details also showed that you don’t intend to stay permanently in Australia.

    5. Proof of Sufficient Funds:

    To get an Australia visa, you must prove that you have sufficient funds to meet course fees, living expenses, and travel costs. For this purpose, you need to show your parents or partner's annual income must be AUS$ 62,222. 

    6. Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC):

    As an international student, you need to have Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC) during your stay in Australia. If you have OSHC, you don’t need to pay for medical or hospital care while studying in Australia. It provides you with ambulance cover in emergencies.

    From 1 July 2024, Australia migration skills assessment fees will increase by 3–4 percent to align with the wage, consumer, and producer prices. The Department of Employment and Workplace Relations has approved the changes.
